Yes — we are available 7 days a week including weekends. We understand that weekday appointments aren't always possible, so we always try to accommodate your schedule.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. We carry out a thorough assessment before quoting so we never have to come back to you with unexpected extras. The only exception is if items requiring specialist disposal (such as asbestos) are discovered — and we always discuss this before proceeding.

Yes — in most cases we can provide a quote on the same day you contact us. For smaller clearances we can often quote over the phone. For larger jobs, we'll arrange a free site visit.

Yes. We are fully registered with the Environment Agency as licensed waste carriers. This means all waste we collect is disposed of legally and responsibly. We can provide our waste carrier licence number and documentation on request.

Everything is sorted carefully. Usable items are donated to local charities. Recyclable materials go to licensed recycling facilities. Only genuine waste goes to landfill — and we always aim to minimise this.

Yes — we carry full public liability insurance. You, your property, and your belongings are protected throughout the clearance. Evidence of our insurance is available on request.
